It will be presented by Simon Lord and Dr. Gaur covering the report findings that reveal disparities in the perceived value of information services as well as provide an actionable framework for the continuing success of the knowledge function.
The report is based on insights from over 850 respondents, both from senior executives and information professionals.

Simon has a wealth of working experience in senior marketing roles with companies like IBM, Mysis, marketing agencies and in his current role is responsible for business-to-business marketing at the Financial Times.

Dr. Ramesh C. Gaur, University Librarian, Jawaharlal Nehru University

Dr. Gaur, a Fulbright Scholar, has made significant contributions to the many editorial bodies he is a part of, been awarded for excellence as a librarian, authored and edited 5 books, and currently is leading a project under the “Center for Excellence on Digital Preservation” of NDPP.
